Health: This is your vitality, your physical body. If you’re fit, then it is your self-image and how your confidence affects other areas of your life. If you’re looking for general wellness, then it is the energy and the strength that gets you through the tough areas of life.
Business: As much as we may not admit it. Business is a huge part of our lives. Whether you are the CEO of a billion dollar organization or you are the CEO of a busy household, you are indeed conducting business, and it needs to be recognized.
Family: Family could be your blood family or it could be the network that you have built for yourself and consider family, but the fact of the matter still is that you need to value this and it needs to play a part in your overall success.
Mind/Spirituality: For some it is religion, for some it is energy, for some it is the universe. The same still applies. How you look at your own spirituality and how much you prioritize the health of your mind can play a huge factor in the success in other areas of your life.
